Lupine offers custom panelized and kit homes that utilize Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) to quickly and cost effectively rebuild homes. The advantage is a fast tracked build out time that limits labor and material cost while still providing a product that is extremely strong, energy-efficient, and fire retardant. SIPs are manufactured under factory controlled conditions and can be fabricated to fit nearly any building design. Clients can chose from a variety of pre approved kit homes (stamped designs that are ready to go with few big decision to make and the quickest turn around time) to fully customized panelized designs (working with our architects and engineers) to choose layout, windows, doors, etc specific to meet your unique vision. In this way, Lupine is able to simplify the rebuilding process to get residents back in their homes quickly while still saving them huge sums on material and labor costs with a product that out performs traditional building.
