Our Mission

Agility

You’ve heard “on-time and on-budget” a time or two before, are we right? In construction, on-time and on-budget can be hard to find. We stay successful by staying nimble. We pride ourselves on fast, creative problem-solving , staying honest, calm, communicative, and full of resolve, no matter what the obstacle.

Transparency

We aim to build long-lasting, mutually-beneficial relationships with our clients, and we know that can only be achieved with clear communication. You’ll always get a straight answer from us, even when we don’t know the answer – but don’t worry, we’ll find it as soon as we can.

Diversity

What truly sets Lupine apart from the crowd? Our team. We are committed to creating a balanced workplace of passionate, forward-thinking leaders, project managers, and support staff that bring diverse insight to our office, resulting in a client-customer experience like no other.

Good Will

With a deeply rooted belief in the power of education, Lupine was originally founded for the purpose of remodeling and building schools dedicated to helping at-risk youth. Today we continue to work regularly with non-profit education companies to help them improve their learning environments. It refers to the activities and processes involved in preserving, repairing, and managing the physical infrastructure and systems of a building or facility.

It encompasses tasks such as regular inspections, equipment upkeep, repairs, and other tasks related to your specific requirements to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and longevity of the property. Our facility maintenance experts in North California and South California can make sure your business operates smoothly.

What makes a trusted commercial building maintenance company?

A trusted facility maintenance service in California is characterized by several key factors.

These include a proven track record of reliability, expertise in handling a wide range of maintenance tasks, a skilled and trained workforce, adherence to safety standards, prompt response times, clear communication, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

How much does commercial facility maintenance cost?

The cost of this building maintenance service varies based on factors such as the size and type of facility, the scope of work required, geographic location, and specific client needs.

We’ll make a precise estimate through customized assessments and quotes based on these factors and any additional services you’d like to request.

What If I rent my facility?

We provide a comprehensive scope of work that addresses your specific needs.

This includes lease negotiations based on your future needs and budget, being the go-between with your landlord to ensure you are being treated fairly, arranging safety walk throughs as well as assistance in managing permits and licenses, keeping your needs meet when the landlord wishes to make changes to your facility or surrounding buildings, just to name a few.

What if I only want a few things done to my facility now but may want more in the future?

We can work together to get your short term and long term goals addressed and planned for.

Weather that’s just a few small projects now like adding a washer and dryer, or big tenant improvement projects later, we will adapt to fit your needs and be transparent with costs and timelines.
