Options for Youth is a public charter school located in the City of Moreno Valley, CA. The 6,300 sqft occupancy change and tenant improvement included all new framing, plumbing, electrical and ductwork. Complete Title 24 compliance upgrade. The space includes 3 classrooms, a full science lab, private offices, new restrooms, new breakroom, lobby area and open area for independent study. Mold was discovered onsite after the project began. Lupine managed the mold remediation, new wood framing and a new exterior stucco wall for the remediated area. In addition, parking lot upgrades and new concrete was required to bring the center up to full ADA compliance.
